DESCRIPTION:Wednesday – September 13th\, 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm – BOD Meeting – Maureen B. Gauzza Library\n \nThe Fawn Ridge Maintenance Association would like to invite all members of the community to join us for the September BOD meeting\, on Wednesday\, September 13th\, from 7-8 PM at Maureen B. Gauzza Library.\n\nWe will be going over some major changes to our documents including the New Florida Statutes 720.304 and 720.3045. Please take some time to review the new law and the documents below that will be address this Board Meeting.\n\nii. Policy\, Procedures\, Fining Policy v1.2 – Draft\niii. Architectural Guidelines v1.4 – Draft\niv. Web and Communication Policy v1.1 – Draft\n\nWe will also be going over updates on the Community Border Wall\, Entrance Sign\, and Landscaping.\n\nDiscuss plans to participate in the National Night Out on Tuesday\, October 3rd.\n\nWe are still looking for volunteers that can assist in the Social and the Fining Committee.
