About Fawn Ridge
Our community of 682 homes boasts acres of preserved land, several ponds, and butts up next to Fawn Ridge Park with a basketball and tennis courts, playgrounds, and a softball field. The common areas, neighborhood monuments, landscape beds, and roadway medians are maintained by the Fawn Ridge Maintenance Association, the homeowners association for Fawn Ridge
Deed Restricted Community
The CCR’s, By-Laws, and Residential Policies are the governing documents of the association and each homeowner agrees to abide by them when purchasing a home in Fawn Ridge. Your deed is restricted to the observance of the governing documents of the community.
