Fawn Ridge Maintenance Association invites you to join our new official resident portal.
Beginning August 1st, Wise Property Management switched Portal Platform from Cailber to FrontSteps. All property owners were sent an email stating the change and should use the link that was sent to them to setup a new account.
After registering for your online account, you’ll be able to:
• View and update your profile and contact information
• Enjoy real-time access to your account balance.
• Make secure online payments & schedule recurring payments
• View compliance and maintenance history
• Submit work orders
• And much more!
Once you’ve registered for your account, download WISEPM mobile app on your mobile device. This allows you to access your community portal through a mobile app that puts your Association in the palm of your hand. The WISEPM mobile app is available in the App Store (iPhone) and Google Play (Android).
If you own two (or more) properties within the community and the same email address is used for both accounts, the accounts will automatically merge allowing you one set of credentials to access both portals. Otherwise, please refer to the Merge Accounts document included with this invitation.
