Special BOD Meeting – Updates to the Architectural Guidelines and Deed Restrictions and Violation Processing

The Fawn Ridge Association would like to invite all members of the community to join us for a Special Meeting, on Wednesday, September 27th at 7:00 pm via Zoom. We will be going over the new updates for the Architectural Guidelines Verison 1.4 and Deed Restrictions and Violation Processing Version 1.2. There will be a board vote on these new guidelines to pass the changes. If you would like to speak to the Board, please sign up within the first 10 minutes of the meeting, so we can call on you during the General Discussion portion of the meeting where you will have 3 mins to speak.
